Email SupportAll purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund:
- Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to manage or cancel subscriptions
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email us at support@ratingface.com with your Apple Order ID and we will assist you.
If you have reinstalled the app or changed devices, tap "Restore Purchases" inside the app's store screen to recover your active subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If restore does not work, email us at support@ratingface.com and we will investigate manually.
Why is my score different each time?
The AI analyzes lighting, angle, and image quality in addition to facial features. Different photos may produce slightly different scores. For the most consistent result, use a well-lit, front-facing photo.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos are sent to our AI service for real-time analysis and discarded immediately after processing. We never store your images on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What AI service processes my photo?
Your photo is processed by OpenAI's vision API. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train their models by default. See the Privacy Policy — "Face Data — Detailed Disclosure" section — for the full explanation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad and cancel FaceScore there. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
My credits are missing after reinstalling the app.
Credits are tied to your device identifier. If you reinstalled on the same device, your balance should be restored automatically when the app loads. If they are still missing, email support@ratingface.com with a description of the issue.
